These Terms of Service govern your use of the Track & Field AI application (“the app”) operated by Venbit LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the app, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. If you are under 18, you should use the app with the supervision of a parent, guardian, or coach.
You retain full ownership of any video or content you upload to the app. By uploading, you grant us a limited, revocable license to process your content solely to generate your analysis. We do not use your content to train models, publish it, or share it with third parties.

Subscription purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. All payment processing, refunds, and subscription management are governed by Apple’s terms.
Free analyses are limited to one per user, as described in the app. Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled through your Apple ID subscription settings.
Track & Field AI provides AI-generated technique feedback. This feedback is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional coaching, medical advice, or injury evaluation. Always consult a qualified coach or medical professional for decisions about training load, injury risk, or technique changes.
We make no guarantees about improved performance or avoidance of injury. Use the app as a training supplement, not a sole authority.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Venbit LLC is not liable for any injury, performance outcome, or damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
