Track & Field AI (“the app”) is operated by Venbit LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the app.

Short version

• Your videos are processed to generate your analysis, then stored locally on your device.
• We don’t sell, share, or publish your videos.
• We don’t train AI models on your uploaded video.
• No account is required to use the app.
• Subscription handling goes through Apple and Google; we only see what they show us.

Information we collect

Videos you upload for analysis

When you upload a video, the video is transmitted to our AI processing service to generate frame extractions and analysis. Once analysis is complete, the video and analysis are cached on your device. We delete the processing copy from our servers after analysis completes.

Subscription information

If you subscribe, Apple or Google provides us with a subscription identifier via RevenueCat (our subscription management provider). We do not receive your credit card, address, or payment details.

Analytics (optional, anonymized)

We may collect anonymized usage metrics (e.g., “user completed first analysis”) to improve the app. No personal identifiers are attached to these events. You can opt out from Settings.

Crash reports (optional)

If you opt into crash reporting, diagnostic information is sent when the app crashes. No video content is ever included in crash reports.

Information we do not collect

• We do not require an account, email, or phone number to use the app.
• We do not track your location.
• We do not access your contacts.
• We do not sell data to advertisers.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Generate video analyses for you.
• Process subscriptions and manage access to paid features.
• Improve the app through anonymized analytics.
• Fix bugs (via opt-in crash reports).

Children’s privacy

The app may be used by athletes under 18, often with parent or coach involvement. We do not knowingly collect identifying personal information from users under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us.

Data retention

Video processing copies are deleted from our servers after analysis completes (typically within minutes). Your local copies persist on your device until you delete them. Subscription records are retained as required by Apple and Google.

Third-party services

• RevenueCat, subscription management.
• Apple App Store, payment processing.
• AI processing infrastructure, frame extraction and analysis generation.

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your information. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@trackandfieldai.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We’ll post any changes on this page and update the “Last updated” date above.
