Track & Field AI (“the app”) is operated by Venbit LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the app.
When you upload a video, the video is transmitted to our AI processing service to generate frame extractions and analysis. Once analysis is complete, the video and analysis are cached on your device. We delete the processing copy from our servers after analysis completes.
If you subscribe, Apple or Google provides us with a subscription identifier via RevenueCat (our subscription management provider). We do not receive your credit card, address, or payment details.
We may collect anonymized usage metrics (e.g., “user completed first analysis”) to improve the app. No personal identifiers are attached to these events. You can opt out from Settings.
If you opt into crash reporting, diagnostic information is sent when the app crashes. No video content is ever included in crash reports.

The app may be used by athletes under 18, often with parent or coach involvement. We do not knowingly collect identifying personal information from users under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us.
Video processing copies are deleted from our servers after analysis completes (typically within minutes). Your local copies persist on your device until you delete them. Subscription records are retained as required by Apple and Google.
